  • Call your roster and invite your agents to your events

  • Invite recruits to Educational events

  • Assist with Lead follow up

  • Pull data and run reports from Broker Metrics

  • Manage your Social Media Platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)

  • Daily Internal and External Facebook posts

  • Send out Congratulation letters, emails, videos and private FB messages

  • Send out Agent B-day Cards

  • Send out Offer Letters

  • Manage your Drip campaigns

  • Create Marketing Flyers

  • Create your Recruiting website

  • Create and market webinars

  • Set up and schedule zoom appts

  • Manage group text both internal and external

  • Manage your co-broke campaign

  • Manage email and calendar

  • Manage your database

  • Assist with Retention touches

  • Assist with Indie and Merger campaigns

  • Provide a daily recap of all activities

  • Assist with any Market Center Administration needs (MCA, PC, ATL, and DFI support)

  • Any other tasks you may require
